Terms and Conditions MYR36 – Official Platform Terms of Use

01 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions have the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "myr36" / "Platform" / "We" – refers to the MYR36 online casino platform, accessible via the official website and official mobile app.
• "User" / "You" / "Member" – refers to any individual who registers for or uses MYR36's services.
• "Account" – refers to an account registered by a user on the MYR36 platform.
• "Balance" – refers to the total cash balance stored in a user's account, excluding bonus funds that have not yet met the rollover requirements.
• "Bonus" – refers to free credits, bonus funds, free spins, or any other incentives offered by MYR36 to members.
• "Rollover" / "Wagering Requirements" – refers to the amount a user must wager before any bonus or bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" – refers to the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which includes verification of a user's identity.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the myr36 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must register as an individual and not as a corporate entity, partnership, or organisation.
• Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever your personal details change.
• Myr36 reserves the right to reject any individual's registration application without providing a reason.

During the registration process, you will be asked to provide your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. All this information will be used solely for identity verification and transaction processing purposes.

03 Platform Usage

By using the myr36 platform, you agree to comply with the usage guidelines set out herein. This platform is provided for entertainment purposes and you acknowledge that there is a risk of financial loss in wagering activities.

• You are solely responsible for all wagering decisions made using your account.
• Myr36 is not liable for any losses arising from game outcomes, technical disruptions, or delays caused by factors beyond our control.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system error during gameplay, myr36 reserves the right to void the affected rounds and return the original wager to the user's account.
• Users are prohibited from using any automation software, bots, or third-party tools to access or interact with the myr36 platform.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system will be treated as fraud and the account in question will be closed immediately.

Myr36 operates using a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent international auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including myr36 itself.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Myr36 supports a variety of convenient and secure payment methods for the ease of Malaysian users:

• Local bank transfer – Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and others.
• E-Wallet – Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay.

Deposits are typically processed instantly. Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for regular users and even faster for VIP members. myr36 does not charge any processing fees on withdrawals.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 and there is no maximum limit for deposits.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for each transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the user's myr36 account.
• Myr36 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits as a security measure.

05 Bonus & Promotions

Myr36 offers a variety of attractive bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has its own rollover requirements. The exact rollover conditions are stated in each promotional offer.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit. Each user may claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Myr36 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Users found abusing the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will forfeit all related bonuses and wins, and their accounts may be closed.
• Unused bonuses will automatically expire and be forfeited after the specified period.
• Myr36 reserves the right to decline bonus applications without providing a reason if there are signs of irregular activity on the account.

06 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the myr36 platform:

• Identity fraud – registering an account using another person's identity or false information.
• Money laundering – using the MYR36 platform as a medium to conceal or legitimise funds obtained illegally.
• Multiple Accounts – holding more than one active account, whether under the same or a different name.
• Bonus abuse – manipulating the bonus system through wagering strategies specifically designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk ("bonus abuse").
• Use of illegal software – using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Cyber attack – any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise MYR36's technical infrastructure.
• Account sharing – granting third parties access to your account for any purpose.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and wins, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

Myr36 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
• Self-requested account closure for responsible gaming reasons.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time through myr36 customer support. Before closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to the user's original payment method upon completion of identity verification.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, myr36 reserves the right to retain all balances in that account as compensation for losses incurred.

08 myr36 Liability Limit

Myr36 strives to provide a stable and reliable service at all times. However, there are certain limitations on our liability:

• Myr36 is not liable for any indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of profits incurred by users as a result of using the platform.
• Myr36 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical issues may occur from time to time.
• Myr36 is not responsible for processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.
• Myr36's maximum total liability in any claim is limited to the amount deposited by the user within the 30 days preceding the claim.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Should any dispute arise relating to the use of the myr36 platform or these Terms and Conditions, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through voluntary negotiation.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the method agreed upon by both parties. The arbitration decision is final and binding.

Myr36 operates under a licence issued by the relevant authorities and complies with all international compliance requirements applicable to the online gaming industry.
